In the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 medical apps in the Middle East showed varied performance trends across downloads, active users, and revenue. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides a comprehensive look at how these apps are faring in the region.

myAster observed a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting strong with approximately 23K downloads in early January but dropping significantly to around 3.7K by the end of March. Weekly active users for myAster saw an initial rise from 89.6K to a peak of 144.8K by late February, before slightly decreasing to 125.1K in the last week of March.

Labayh - لبيه experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, beginning with around 9.1K in late December and peaking at 23.4K in early March. However, by the end of March, downloads decreased to about 15.9K. The app maintained a robust weekly active user base, growing from 245.4K at the end of December to a peak of 295.8K in mid-March, before settling at 259.7K by the end of the quarter.

ALHOSN UAE saw a gradual decline in weekly downloads, from 15K in late December to around 5.5K by the end of March. The weekly active users showed some fluctuations, peaking at approximately 92.6K in early January but falling to around 62.6K by the end of the quarter.
